What are your products made from?

Most of our products are 3D printed using high-quality PLA filament.  PLA is a durable, lightweight, and eco-friendly plastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every item is designed, printed, cleaned, and inspected by us before it ships. Due to the nature of 3D printing, each piece is uniquely made.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Our product photos are taken to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the filament batch used during production.

Are there visible print lines?

Yes. Layer lines are a normal characteristic of the 3D printing process and are part of what makes every print unique. They do not affect the functionality of the product.

Can I request a custom color?

Absolutely! Many of our products are available in multiple colors. If you're looking for a specific color that isn't listed, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom designs and personalized gifts. Contact us with your ideas, and we'll let you know what's possible.

Are your products safe for children?

Some products may contain small parts or sharp edges and are not intended for young children. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate. 

How durable are 3D printed products?

Our products are designed for normal everyday use. While they are durable, they are not indestructible. Avoid dropping them from significant heights or applying excessive force.

How long does it take to make my order?

Many items are printed after your order is placed. Processing times vary depending on order size and demand, but we try our best to have orders completed within 1-3 business days.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Because many items are made to order or customized, not all products are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability depends on your location. Available shipping options will be shown during checkout.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! We welcome bulk orders for events, businesses, schools, and gifts. Contact us for pricing and availability.
